Reactions and Reviews

Kirk has problems with a new crewmember, obviously a 23rd century Women's Libber who is not impressed by our fearless captain's 'Tomcat' reputation, refuses to wear the female uniform because 'pants are more practical,' and definitely believes that anything a man can do, she can do better. Kirk looks a little ridiculous at times, has difficulty getting crewmembers to follow orders, and causes one to wonder when he started to allow backtalk from his junior officers. When Alexa (the feminist) almost fouls up a whole mission because of her anti-male attitude, Kirk finally puts his foot down, and we learn that she's somewhat justified since she was raised on a planet where women were treated lower than animals.
