Yeah. My boyfriend's pretty cool. But he's not as cool as me. was a meme on Tumblr that is a gif set or picspam of two characters. The first gif is of a male character (boyfriend - canonically or not) of the second gif which is most often a female character, but it can also be a male character. The phrasing is can be changed so the term "girlfriend" replaces boyfriend, but this is not done frequently.
The phrase is from the Lana Del Rey song "Brooklyn Baby."
The gifs generally are separated by:

It is not uncommon however for fans to add more gifs by splitting the phrases up.
