White Roses for Catherine was a fan campaign/memorial meant to show the producers of the show that fans were extremely unhappy and angry that the character Catherine had been killed. Fans were encouraged to write personal thoughts either to or about the character, enclose a white rose (unclear if real or drawn) and send them to The Powers That Be.
