Heart Attack
I have had more than a few of those moments myself. If you right click your mouse, there is an 'undo' option at the top of the list and if in doubt - hit the Cancel button middle of any edit screen. You lose all of your edit but you are back at the pristine beginning (relatively speaking).
One of my biggest challenges is reminding myself to only do one or two edits at one time. It is easy to plan to fix 3 typos, which turn into 3 typos and a unbolding and the next thing you know the phone rings and that is the end of the ordered plan and remembering where you were when you were in control of all you surveyed.
