I've been writing fanfiction since before we were all on the internet, and long before I discovered that there were other folks out there like me. I didn't become active in internet fandom until 2003, when I started writing fic for Pirates of the Caribbean. I was active in Pirates fandom for nearly five years on LJ and on the Yahoo Group Black Pearl Tales. Currently, I co-mod the LJ community Sparrabeth for fans of the Jack Sparrow/Elizabeth Swann relationship and maintain the discussion and meta community Piratical Feminism. At the time of writing my primary active fandoms are Buffy the Vampire Slayer and The Mentalist.

My livejournal Erinya is almost exclusively friends only. Most of my fannish activity--including fiction, meta, and graphics--takes place at No Truth At All.

I am currently in professional school (law) and therefore don't have a lot of spare time, but fandom brings me a great deal of joy and would be tough for me to give up.
