The Less Than Legendary Journeys is a gen zine with stories from the website by the same name. It was sold each year at MediaWest*Con, and ran for six issues. It was a charity zine, and the profits from each issue were donated to Auckland Ronald McDonald House and Teaching Tolerance, a project of the Southern Poverty Law Center. It was a 2001 Fan Quality Award winner for Best Hercules: the Legendary Journeys fanzine. Two issues have color covers by fan artists Karen River and X.

Issue 1

The Less Than Legendary Journeys 1 was published in May 2000.


Issue 2

The Less Than Legendary Journeys 2 was published in May 2001. It included original illustrations by artists Zawiah Zainudin and Kate.


Issue 3

The Less Than Legendary Journeys 3 was published in May 2002 and contains 204 pages. It included original illustrations by artists Zawiah Zainudin and Kate, and a color cover and inside back cover by artist Karen River.
