The 3x1/1x3ML was a mailing list in Gundam Wing fandom, focused on the pairing of 1x3. It was an adults only list, because of adult discussions about the yaoi pairing. It was most active in the early 2000s, and the last posting was in 2015. Fanfiction shared on the list was archived at Silent Passion. It goes defunct with the closure of Yahoo! Groups in 2019.
