List an article as a WIP

For use on admin articles; use the stub template for articles in the main namespace.

Add the following code at the top of the article that's in progress:

{{WIP}}

It will also be automatically categorised under Category:WIP. To remove the 'WIP' notice, simply remove the above code from the page.
