Usage
This template should be added to articles about original fiction written by fans for a fannish audience. The template will automatically include the page in the Fanworks and Original Fiction categories.
Articles about original slash can use the OriginalSlash template.
Articles about fan activity related to professional fiction, sometimes called "original fiction," should use the FandombyText or ProfessionalWork infobox template.

Key
- title = title of the story
- author = fan writer
- dates = when was it posted/published?
- length = word count, page count, or file size
- genre = gen, het, slash, adult, yaoi, crack, casefile, romance, etc. (whatever is considered a genre in that fandom)
- externallinks = link to the story, if available online
