I wasn't sure if this should have a disambiguation; I just put a note at the top of the page for now, but should it be moved to Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (doujinshi) (or something) to avoid confusion? --sparc 06:38, 3 January 2012 (UTC)

I think it's fine with the disambiguation line. We are not going to have a separate page for the book anyway. --Doro 12:52, 3 January 2012 (UTC)

The title is actually Hogwarts Kansatsu Nisshi, so I'm moving the page. I'm leaving the redirect in place since it might still be useful to users who only know the doujinshi as that title. Not sure if the page still needs to disambiguation line though. -- Kylara 01:35, 5 April 2012 (UTC)
