From merely he description I'd guess it is neither, but that someone was selling a scanlation in in paper form. Is it sure that AWS is not doing that?--Ratcreature 17:39, 30 September 2009 (UTC)
Yes, this is essentially a scanlation, done before the digital age. I think I heard of it being worked on in the early 90s? --rache 18:19, 30 September 2009 (UTC)
