I don't think they do. Except in the most broad sense that people find animals appealing. If I had to pick the closest other kink I associate with most centaurfic I read (though that may be a function of the type I like and a selection bias) it would be power kinks. Similar to the werewolf type stories. More often than not they have a herd with a dominance order within the herd (like the wolf pack thing), so you get an D/s appeal.
