Surrender to the Light is a Qui-Gon/Obi-Wan series by Hth.

• Conquest (NC-17) Surrender to the Light I - This is the obligatory first-time story, with a somewhat introspective Qui-Gon not overburdened with social skills and a somewhat snarky Obi-Wan not overburdened with respect for his elders.

• Sleep of Long Dreams (NC-17) Surrender to the Light V - A glimpse of the boys right before the action of the movie.

• The Sailor and the Stars (PG) Surrender to the Light III - Obi-Wan is away studying with Yoda, and Qui-Gon is coming to terms with the less-than-ideal circumstances surrounding their goodbyes.

Notes on the ordering of the stories: I've put these stories on the webpage in the order in which I wrote them. I have no justification for that, except that I like to read them in that order, so there it is. I am, however making a note along with each title of which part of Surrender to the Light this is -- if the numbers look a little weird, it's because I'm numbering them in chronological order based on the eight parts this series divides into in my outline. So...yeah. If you like to read them in the order in which they occur chronologically, start with the low numbers and work yer way up.

I just found these - they are brilliant and edgy and beautiful. Surrender to the Light is a series of stories written by Hth - it's not quite finished (there are more to come) but what is there is wonderful!
