The Star Wars Club was an early online Star Wars fanclub. They also published an online newsletter called Rebel Transmissions and ran a simultaneous mailing list and forum.
From the archived FAQ: "The Star Wars Club was created in 1995 as a place where all Star Wars Fans (from light to hardcore) could receive exclusive information, talk with each other, and perhaps exchange information with each other. We offer Rebel Transmissions, our newsletter, forum access, web page, IRC, trivia, knowledgeable operators, and much, much more. All of this comes at NO CHARGE at all!"
