Skeeter Press was a print gen Sentinel zine publisher.
It had a subsidiary called BlackJag Publishing that published slash zines.
From Senses of Wonder (Nov 2001):
Thanks for joining us as we dip our toes into a new publishing field for Skeeter Press. We designed BlackJag Publishing as a subsidiary because we didn’t want the wrong people “stumbling” into the unknown. By wrong, we mean those who are underage, those who don’t know what slash is, and those who don’t like “that sort of thing.” We want everyone to be happy and comfortable with our offerings to fandom.
