Rose Roberts is a character on Agent Carter. She is an agent of the Strategic Scientific Reserve.
Canon
Rose is an SSR agent whose assignment is to guard the intelligence agency's office against (at least physical) intrusion. Her "cover" job in season 1 is a lead telephone operator at the New York Bell Company; in season 2, her cover is a receptionist and talent agent at the Auerbach Theatrical Agency.
In season 2, Rose gets her first field assignment of the show, after her takedown of an attempted intruder--with Peggy and Daniel watching--serves as an active reminder that Rose has the same standard of training as any field agent.
