rareslashpairs is a LiveJournal community "for people who are sick of reading the regular Good Charlotte and Mest stories out there and are looking for something a little different. Here you can post stories about bands that are not written a lot about or cross overs from different bands."[1] Some early FBR/MCR Bandom fic was posted to rareslashpairs, along with other bands that were popular fic fandoms at the time.
As of 2017, the community has 888 posts, 881 comments, and 348 members.[1]
