Character of Color, Person of Color, Fan of Color etc. or Chromatic Character, Chromatic Person, or Chromatic Creator etc. are terms often used in fandom to describe non-white characters, people, fans, actors, creators, etc.
"Of color" is not the preferred term of all non-white people. Some dislike the way it lumps together a huge group of widely diverse people, rather than just saying Afro-American, Native American, Hispanic, Asian, etc.
