Meeting the Minister is a Merlin/Arthur series by magog_83. The series is a Harry Potter fusion. The first part was originally written for kinkme_merlin[1] and reposted a day later.[2]

- Meeting the Minister (3,592 words). Summary: Written for this prompt on kinkme_merlin, The new Muggle Prime Minister meets the Minister for Magic.
- A Ministerial Appointment (14,690 words). Summary: It wasn't many Prime Ministers who got the opportunity to broker relations between the wizarding and Muggle worlds and Arthur felt he had a responsibility to give it his best shot, however much therapy he might need afterwards.
- Prime Minister's Questions (3,258 words). Summary: Arthur's attempt to connect with middle Britain is sabotaged, Merlin is indiscreet and The Daily Prophet gets the scoop of the year.
Recs and Reviews
I get quite a few asks for Merlin/HP crossovers, so I finally read one and it was brilliant! The humour throughout the stories is great, and I loved Merlin’s characterization - his clear infatuation with Arthur and turning an “opportunity to broker relations between the wizarding and Muggle worlds” into a date. Their relationship development is great, as is Arthur’s reaction and adaptation to the magical world.[5]

Cute and hilarious, with two sequels. All I can say is poor Gaius...[7]
