Lena Luthor is a DC Comics character. She is related to Lex Luthor, she is commonly portrayed as his sister, but has been depicted as his daughter, such as after Crisis on Infinite Earths.
Canon
Comics
Lena Luthor first appeared in Superman's Girl Friend Lois Lane #23 (February 1961).
Lena Luthor is the sister of Lex Luthor and daughter of Lionel Luthor. In the Silver Age her family is shown to have changed their names out of shame, making her Lena Thorul. Her brother moves out of Smallville at a young age and leaves her as an invalid to raise her daughter Lori Luthor. Lex later has a daughter with the Contessa and names her Lena after his sister. This daughter is possessed by Brainiac 13 during Our Worlds at War.
Smallville
Tess Mercer (born Lutessa Lena Luthor) is Lex Luthor's former protégée and younger, half-sister and Lionel Luthor's illegitimate daughter.
Supergirl (TV Series)
Lena Luthor is the billionaire CEO of L-Corp, having succeeded her half-brother Lex following his incarceration. She is the best friend and ally of Kara Danvers and her alter-ego Supergirl, despite this, she is currently unaware that the two are one-and-the-same.
