Jon Snow/Ygritte, also known as Jongritte or Snowygritte, is the het pairing of Jon Snow and Ygritte in the A Song of Ice and Fire and Game of Thrones fandoms. They have a canonical relationship.
He gets to know Ygritte. He finds her funny and charming, nothing like the prissy girls in skirts he knew at home. He likes her abrasive nature. And Ygritte respects his bravery and loyalty. She finds him sweet and charmingkhaleesi-in-the-north
Canon
Jon and Ygritte meet when he takes her prisoner, she soon escapes and Jon is captured by her group of Wildings. She convinces them to take him to Mance Rayder. Jon pretends that he wishes to change sides. Mance sends Jon, Ygritte and a group of Wildlings to climb the wall, and attack Castle Black from the south. On their journey Jon and Ygritte begin a romantic relationship. After scaling the wall Jon leaves the group. Ygritte tracks him down, injuring him. Jon makes it to Castle Black in time to warn them of the incoming attack. During the battle of Castle Black Ygritte is fatally wounded, and Jon holds her during her last moments.
