Infinite Dreams is a gen anthology of fiction edited and published by Mark Smith. According to THE DOCTOR WHO FANZINE PRESERVATION PROJECT, the zine ran for at least seven issues, 1993-1995 (UK) and 2002-2003 (USA).
According to an ad in Whotopia #5, it contains articles, art, fiction, comic strips, and more.[1]
