From the Editorial

The author thanks a number of fans. An excerpt:

First, because she was the first, I want to thank Peg. When I found on-line fandom about two years ago, I was amazed and relieved to know that I wasn't alone in the universe! This fandom seems to inspire friendships. I've been so lucky to have found such special friends, friends who have truly enriched my life. There are so many people in this fandom who have gifted me with their friendship that to mention them all individually would be a daunting task. You know who you are (!), and you have my affection and gratitude.

One story has a warning at the beginning:

This story [A Boy's Will1'] contains descriptions of sexual and physical assault. Since these are subjects of some sensitivity to many, you may not wish to read it. If you choose to skip this story, read the synopsis on the reverse of this insert page. It will provide all the germane plot points so that you can go on to the next story on page 189 without missing anything essential.
