Gallifrey: The Seat of Time is a 72-page gen Doctor Who anthology dealing with Gallifrey, the home planet of the Time Lords.
Authors include Ambassador, Collins-Smith, Lassiter, and O'Quinn.

From a submission request in Universal Translator #23 (1984): "This issue will deal solely with the Gallifrey and its affairs. Need stories (all Doctors; keep to the original Companions, no Mary Sues) art, puzzles, jokes/cartoons, comics, filks, and poetry."
From an ad in Datazine #41: "Meet Rassilon, Omega, Maxil, Leela, K-9, the Yeti, Jammie, and the Doctor -- all on Gallifrey! Also a Colin Baker panel transcript, a list of 25 Who zines, poetry, filksongs, jokes and art, high quality photocopy, stapled."
