Now he directs a research institution dedicated to just that. Their new patient is an adult onset HSS sufferer (which isn’t supposed to happen) and Danny decides this guy may be the key to figuring out how to help all the Sentinels."[1]

Why You Should Read This: This is an unusual take on the Sentinel meme. Sentinels are known, but no one knows how to help them. Since Sandberg’s PHD thesis was repudiated, no one realizes that he had found the key. But Danny is determined to find an answer because his daughter, and all the other little sentinels, are suffering, kept isolated, most their time zoned out or drifting. The tone is perfect. Danny is a little more subdued than canon, but that is understandable. The OC’s are great. Steve is adorable. I really enjoyed this one.[1]
