The colours and background papers echo the art from Anthem and Icon Paintings I designed and made Collaged and Stitched Anthem Icons which were made into jewellery for me by a friend. The jewellery is featured in the picture. The images on each of the 3 icons express something special about each member of the band. The writing on each icon features lyrics from much loved songs which connect with the concepts on Anthem. "Sparks fly up from sweet fire" "I need only one light, the light from one" "And the songs that he sang to soothe her to sleep run all through her circuits like a heartbeat". |
