Destiny’s Journey[1] was written in response to the Summer Challenge on maryrenaultfics (to the prompt: swim), and provides a brief prequel to the book. Aigeus (Theseus’ father) swims out to the holy island where Aithra (his mother) awakes, receiving divine sexual stimulation on the way. The story is rated PG13.
