Con Who was a British media fan run convention organized by KathE Donnelly and Stephen Walker. At least two conventions were held. In their Spring 1983 Star Con newsletter they wrote:
"CON WHO II, held March 27 [1983] at the Travelodge was a huge success. We want to thank everyone who attended our second British Science Fiction gathering. Over 650 people were there to enjoy some of the very best in British Science Fiction. We were able to show episodes from DOCTOR WHO, THE AVENGERS, THE PRISONER, SPACE: 1999 as well as some never-before-seen episodes from BLAKE'S 7 and SAPHIRE AND STEEL. We hope to have more of this kind of programming at STAR CON."
