Beelzebub/Gabriel is the pairing of the angel Gabriel and the demon Beelzebub in the Good Omens TV series and book fandom.
Canon
Gabriel and Beelzebub are leaders of their respective heavenly and demonic forces In season 2 of the TV series the pairing went canon, when Gabriel and Beelzebub were shown to to have fallen in love secretly without the knowledge of their respective sides.
Fandom
The gender classification of Beelzebub/Gabriel varies based on fan perception. Many categories the ship as other or non-binary, however some fans of the book class it as m/m due to Beelzebub's title of Prince of Hell. Likewise, some fans of the miniseries classify the ship as f/m due to the the casting of actress Anna Maxwell Martin. Word of God from Neil Gaiman is that Beelzebub uses ze/zir pronouns (with exaggerated 'z's, of course).
The ship went canon in season 2 of the TV series to the unexpected delight of its fans. Although, some fans were upset that Gabriel/Beelzebub got a happy ending, while Aziraphale/Crowley had essentially broken up.
