- "It was a very interesting choice to focus on the characters and the revelations in their back stories (especially while the song repeats "be yourself"). The opening with the two planes is intruiging, but it slows down a bit once the beat starts and the cuts go with the guitar instead of the almost tribal sounding drum. Once you've adjusted to that though, the vid flows and as the tempo picks up so does the tension and pace of the vid. Every character is featured and a pretty clear portrait of each one is created. Overall, a really good overview of season 1 of Lost and a good example of ringwench's early work."[1]
