Aphmau is a Youtuber. She is known as Jessica Bravura. She is typically known for creating roleplays with Minecraft. She also plays other games with her friends from time to time. Jess owns three YouTube channels: Aphmau, Aphmau Fantasy, and Aphmau Vlogging.

Series and Channels

Her main channel, Aphmau, is where Jess publishes most of her roleplay series, in addition to her occasional let's plays, Minecraft Minigames videos and reaction videos. Her most popular roleplays are Minecraft Diaries, which has 2 full seasons and one currently on hold, and MyStreet, which has a total of 9 seasons, including Phoenix Drop High and Falcon Claw University. Other popular series on this channel include MyCraft Family, Mod Mod World and Mermaid Tales.

The channel Aphmau Fantasy holds two roleplays: the third season of Minecraft Diaries, and Dreams of Estorra, which tells the story of a young teenage girl's adventures in a VRMMORPG of the same name. Both roleplays are unfortunately on hold until further notice.

Finally, Aphmau Vlogging is the channel on which Jess usually publishes updates about her ongoing series and her private life.

She has a multitude of voice actors under her payroll. Some of them include other Youtubers such as Princess Rizu, LucariosKlaw, TheDragonHat, and MegaMoeka. Other voice actors include Patrick Seymour, Anairis Quinones, Sebastian Todd, Michaela Laws, and her own husband, Jason Bravura. Jess also voice acts for Aphmau in all of her roleplays.

Character

Aphmau's character has an interesting history in all of the Youtuber's series. In the beginning of Phoenix Drop High, Aphmau is a quirky, weird freshman about to join other students in a classroom for the first time in many years, due to being homeschooled by her mother, Sylvana. Aphmau is found in her closet after having what seems like a panic attack due to the stress of being a new student. She is terrified of not fitting in. On the way to school, she meets Garroth and Zane, whom are the sons on Sylvana's best friend, Zianna. Little does Aphmau know that these are going to be her best friends as she grows up. Aphmau also becomes friends with a boy named Travis, played by Patrick Seymour.

Aphmau's mother is a strange character. In high school, she met Zack, Aphmau's dad. They were in an originally loving relationship. She eventually became pregnant with Aphmau. Zack married Sylvana since she was with his child, but eventually the marriage fell apart with the abusive actions from Zack and Zack left the pair. Sometimes, he donated money to Sylvana to pay for some expenses of taking care of a baby, then a toddler, then a child and, finally, a teenager. Sylvana, when Aphmau is in high school and probably throughout Aph's childhood, is very suspicious of and angry with all boys in Aphmau's circle of friends. When her mom sees the pair together she starts yelling at Travis but Aphmau tells her that they are not-alone buddies. Sylvana is relieved but still suspicious of the boy. Sylvana later goes through Aphmau's phone and invites over all of the boy names in her phone including Travis and Aaron. Then both girls make a meal with a ham, though it gets messed up and Aaron fixes it and it turns golden and Sylvana gets angry. Later, even when Aphmau is grown, Sylvana still tries to protect her from boys. Once Sylvana caught Aaron in Aphmau's room sitting on her bed next to her, talking. Aaron jumped out the window from Aph's second-story bedroom. From about then on Sylvana had a rocky relationship with Aaron.

When in Love-Love Paradise, Sylvana sees Aaron across the rooftop balconies and she immediately becomes angered by the sight of the Aph and Aaron together. During this time, she tries to find a way to tell Katelyn (played by Princess Rizu) that Katelyn's father and Sylvana were dating each other which left both young girls dumbfounded. After the events at the cabin during the Emerald Secret, Sylvana is very sympathetic to Aaron, whom has shown his tail and ears, because he is a werewolf, which reminds her of her love for the species. His mother pulls Sylvana out of the room and asks her if she cares for Aaron like a son. When Sylvana hesitates, Aaron's mother says she loves Aphmau like she is her own daughter. Sylvana then reacts by telling Aaron's mother that she loves Aaron like a son.
