"Always and Everyone" is a British television series that takes place in the Accident and Emergency Department of a large city hospital. It stars Martin Shaw as Dr Robert Kingsford. He appeared in a majority of the episodes as the head of the A&E Department.

The series is nicknamed "A&E" which is also short for "accident & emergency". The title of the series comes from these same initials of A&E. It was broadcast from 1999 until 2002 for a total of 38 episodes.
