A million ways to be a good one is a Steve/Danny story by ellievolia & sirona.
Summary: It's exceptionally inconvenient to be coming to certain realisations regarding one's feelings towards one's partner, when one's parents decide to come and visit, and one has to sleep on said partner's sofa for the duration. Or the one where Pa and Ma Williams come to Hawai'i, and Danny finds it nigh-on impossible to hide his growing feelings for Steve. Includes pining, angst, meddling parents, and quite a bit of fluff.

Why You Should Read This: I like “meet the family” fics. It’s interesting to read about how Steve and Danny’s parents interact, what Danny’s parents think of Steve (goofball that he is). Steve and Danny’s parents ganging up on poor Danny is amusing😄 This is another feel good fic, with pining and romance and awkward conversations. It’s fun. Sometimes all I want out of a fic is something to make me smile, and this fic is good for that.[1]
Oh, Danny’s folks are too cute and too perceptive as far as Danny’s concerned. But I liked them and I like the rather dazed way that Steve accepts their parental warmth.[2]
